Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During high-volume periods, processing may take an additional day or two. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, destination, and selected shipping method. Delivery estimates are provided at checkout and may vary depending on the carrier.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once a package is transferred to the carrier, delivery is the carrier’s responsibility. If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly. If you need help, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to assist.
